Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services -
Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls -
Close deals and achieve sales targets -
Build and maintain relationships with customers -
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services -
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets -
Record and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system -
Continuously improve sales skills through training and coaching
Requirements

Female fresher with a bachelor\'s degree in any field -
Strong communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team -
Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales -
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -
Proficiency in MS Office -
Willingness to learn and improve sales skills -
Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not required
