Job Description


  • As a Recruiter, you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT/Non IT positions.

  • Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
  • Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates through reviews & follow ups.
  • Review and understand technical job requirements.
  • Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
  • Should have go getter attitude, flexible and aggressive and happy to face challenging situation. Desired Candidate Profile
• Qualification: Graduate/PG • Excellent English communication skills- both verbal and written.
  • Fair knowledge of technology.
  • Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
  • Self-confidence and self-starter.
  • Must be able to work in a team.
  • Strong zeal to make a career in staffing industry
Requirements The person should be available to work from office in Noida location and should have atleast 6 months of experinence.
