Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end IT recruitment

(sourcing to onboarding) Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers Source candidates using

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct

initial HR interviews

Schedule and coordinate technical interviews Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as an

IT Recruiter

Strong understanding of

IT technologies and roles

Hands-on experience with

Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously Immediate joiners preferred
