Expectations:
Can Lead a Team of 10 - 20 IT Recruiters
Can Plan, Facilitate and Involve in Recruitment training for freshers and Jr. IT Recruiters
Can design the Team structure and work flow to produce the deliverables
Experience working and implementing different Team Management tools/technologies (Microsoft Teams,Trello,
Monday.com, Jira, etc.)
Experience working and implementing different ATS tools (CEIPAL, BullHorn, etc.)
Based on type of requirements and Client needs, should be able to suggest/include/exclude to the Management,
Sourcing/Recruitment tools, Job Boards, etc.
Basic Knowledge of technologies/methodologies like Java, Python, DevOps, iOS, AWS, .Net, UI/UX, React/Angular,
Scala, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
In-Depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and Work Visas in the U.S.A
The desire to develop recruiting solutions, think outside of the box, incorporate creative ideas and adapt to dynamic
market while managing the team in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in the ambiguity of a growing startup with a strong desire to turn challenges in to possibilities
Ability to create progressive relationship with wide range of internal stakeholders (Client Managers, Management, IT
Recruiters, Sourcers, HR, etc.)
Should help maintain all Data and help Management take Data driven decisions
