Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely communication and offer management.
Required Skills:
2-3 years of
IT recruitment experience
(preferably agency or corporate).
Strong knowledge of
technical roles and terminologies
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter
, and other sourcing tools.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree , MBA, HR, IT, or related field.
