Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

entire recruitment life cycle

from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates using

job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

, referrals, and networking. Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).

2-5 years of experience

in IT recruitment (preferably in an agency or corporate setup). Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,382.71 - ₹38,209.05 per month
