Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from understanding job requirements to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Sourcing & Screening:

Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify and attract qualified IT candidates. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, cultural fit, and salary expectations. Shortlist suitable candidates for technical and managerial interviews.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and urgency of roles. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage. Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with all candidates.

Offer Management:

Prepare and extend competitive offer letters. Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates to ensure successful closures.

Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Market Research:

Stay updated on IT industry trends, talent landscape, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence. Identify new and effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-3 years of dedicated experience as an IT Recruiter (preferably full lifecycle recruitment).

Demonstrated understanding of various IT technologies and roles

(e.g., Network Security, Cybersecurity,, Infrastructure, etc.). Proficiency in using various job boards, professional networking sites (LinkedIn Recruiter), and ATS systems. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Candidates residing between Dadar to Thane preferred for ease of commute to Vidyavihar.

Pay: ?10,630.03 - ?25,000.00 per month
