Job Title: IT Recruiter Job Summary: The IT Recruiter plays a vital role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting talented individuals with the necessary skills and experience to meet our organization\'s IT staffing needs. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the requirements of various IT positions and managing the full recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities: Job Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific job requirements, skills, qualifications, and experience needed for each IT position. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential IT candidates. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates\' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels. Ensure a smooth interview process and gather feedback from interviewers. Candidate Assessment: Administer technical assessments, tests, or coding challenges to evaluate candidates\' technical proficiency and problem-solving skills. Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify candidates\' employment history, skills, and qualifications. Offer Negotiation: Work with HR and hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to facilitate the onboarding process for new IT hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of potential IT candidates for future hiring needs, including passive candidates. Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. Reporting: Generate reports and analytics related to recruitment activities, such as candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience with technical assessments and interviewing IT candidates.
  • Familiarity with IT certifications and credentials.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques, including Boolean search and passive candidate outreach.
