Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates. Source potential candidates on niche platforms. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants\xe2\x80\x99 abilities Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical/ non-technical assessments and behavioral questions) Consulting with members of the applicable team to obtain their input on potential hires. Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers. Scheduling training and orientation for new employees.
Extensive recruitment experience. Familiarity with pertinent recruiting software and tools. Excellent desktop research skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
