Job Title Talent Acquisition Intern We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to undertake all hiring activities, right from job vacancy analysis to interviewing candidates and closing hires. As an HR intern, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be ideating new strategies to increase efficiency in the hiring process, ultimately responsible for talent acquisition in a hyper-growth startup. Function & Operational Area: Corporate- PeopleOps Pay Range 6-10k/Month Job Location: Remote Working Hours: Flexible 30 Hours/Week Job Duties & Responsibilities I) Screening & Talent Success:

- Conduct one-on-one mock phone interviews and provide detailed feedback to increase interview performance
- Conduct preliminary resume reviews and provide annotated feedback
- Advise candidates and aid in the selection process with job-specific metric
- Network with potential Organizations through professional groups to onboard more recruiters
- Facilitate Phone/Video interviews with team leads
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Source various niche and general candidates through innovative channels and methods
- Maintain Sapientury\xe2\x80\x99s Applicant Tracking System
- Create and publish jobs in various job portals
- Source and screen candidates to ensure good candidate fitment
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Background: Bachelor in Commerce, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
- Proven experience in a Recruitment or similar role
- Hands-on experience with job portals
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to manage task and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal English communications skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ZOHO etc)
- Experience working with EdTech companies Experience working with startups in the Indian ecosystem
- Day shift
