Taking the requirements & understanding & identifying their needs.
Understanding all specific technical skills which require sourcing resumes from various sources like Portals, employee referrals, job portals, ads and company website, job postings.
Screening the candidates through telephonic conversation for their IT Skills, communication skills, personality profile and attitude for the assignment.
Handling IT requirements from Mid-level to senior management level.
Good experience in working on multiple IT positions for various IT skills.
Negotiating the salary according to company standards.
Follow-Up the short-listed candidates till their successful joining.
Work extensively on critical requirements for various clients.
Should be familiar with complete lifecycle of the recruitment process.
Effective interaction with the team and candidates.
Should be able to achieve their monthly targets and daily assigned task.
Must be flexible and a team worker.
Support team during weekday/weekend drives if required.
