- Manage end to end recruitment.
- Prepare JD with inputs from the leads/HOD.
- Responsible to source, recruit, and screen applicants for positions.
- Offer negotiation and closures.
- Efficient coordination with stakeholders & recruitment agencies.
- Extensive use of portals like Naukri / Social Media networking like LinkedIn and be part of other
- Maintain the recruitment data and update the same on weekly basis.
