The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements. Create and implement a recruitment strategy. Source, attract, and screen candidates based on a well-detailed strategy. Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ shine and Linkedin. Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles. Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods. End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet etc.) Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb911,000.00 per month Benefits:
