We are looking to employ an IT technical HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization.Minimum 6 Months to Maximum 3 Years of Experience in RecruitmentIndustry: Knowledge of IT Technologies / IT RecruitingSalary: Negotiable (Best in the Industry)
- Sourcing candidates through Job portals, social platforms and other relevant resources
- End To End good knowledge in the recruitment cycle
- Posting the job requirements on different portals
- Coordinating with the management on Profile feedback.
- Following up with the candidate till joining.
- Maintaining Database and reporting to management.
- He is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization.
- They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs.
- Desired candidate profiles
- Interviewing candidates.
- Preparing job offers.
- Good communication skills.
- MBA Degree is not mandatory
- The HR recruiter will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus

- HR: 1 year (Preferred)
