1)Proven work experience as a IT Recruiter 2)Recruiter or similar role Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing) 3)Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews. 4)Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels. 5)Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. 6)Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Solid . 7)Experience in to client handling, vendor management is must. 8)Female candidates only preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
