InViz is Bangalore based agile/lean consulting and product company helping enterprises build their systems in various domains like Search, Machine-based intelligence, Cloud migrations, building distributed platforms for b2b and b2c needs. We use state-of-the-art technologies in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Text Mining, ML techniques to extract information/concepts from data of different formats- text, images, videos and make them easily discoverable through simple human-friendly touchpoints. We build services and data platforms to solve complex problems with simplicity.

We are looking for Recruiters with 1 and above years of experience in the Recruitment function for various IT tech stacks. Candidates must meet the required criteria to apply for the position

Requirements and Skills

• 
  Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  
• Experience with sourcing techniques
  
• Understanding of referral programs
  
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
  

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• 
  Design and update job descriptions
  
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Cutshort, Monster etc. )
  
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  
• Pre-screen candidates (via phone/ video / in-person)
  
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
