Job Description
Position: IT Recruiter Work Location: Bangalore, India Mode of work: Work from office Hiring: PAN India roles Notice: Immediate - 15 days Roles and Responsibilities: Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience into IT recruitments. This will be an Individual contributor (IC) role. Strong end-end IT recruitment experience. Strong Stakeholder management. Manage full cycle (end-end) recruiting processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire. Must have good knowledge in publishing weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders. Effectively manage data using Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience working with a Medical device company will be an add on. Experience in RPO will be an add-on.
