At IntQBooks, our mission is to provide outsourced back-office services, emphasizing finance, accounting, and taxation to clients in North America and India Job description The IT Professional is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization\'s computer systems, networks, and software applications. They play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and security of the IT infrastructure. This position requires a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies. System Administration:

• Manage and administer servers, networks, and other IT systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Network Management:

• Design, implement, and manage the organization\'s network infrastructure.
• Ensure network security and implement measures to safeguard against unauthorized access.

Software Development and Maintenance:

• Develop, test, and deploy software applications as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand software needs and requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.

Security:

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization\'s systems and data
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies to ensure a proactive approach to security.

User Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.

Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address IT-related requirements.
• Work closely with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies.

Training: \xc2\xb7 Conduct training sessions to educate users on IT best practices and new technologies. Education: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\xc2\xb7 Experience: \xc2\xb7 0.6 to 2 years of experience in IT roles, with a focus on system administration, network management, and/or software development. Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Network Configuration, Server Management Windows/SQL, Data Security knowledge, Data Analytical abilities, Hardware deployment, Windows Configuration.

Communication Skills: \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language. Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb910,086.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,857.75 per month Benefits:
