We are looking for IT professionals like you, who will administrate our systems and as an Infrastructure solution expert you will develop, support, and provide technical expertise. We conceptualize, build, and manage Information Technology for Digital Industries and deliver competitive advantage to our business.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll break new ground by:

• Work with onsite team of DI IT as extended team in India.
• Monitor, analyze and resolve performance issue reported by the Teamcenter users.
• Analyze logs / core dumps from Teamcenter accounts.
• Provide L2 / L3 support to address performance related issues in Teamcenter environment.
• Analyze NX / CAD related issues.
• Support in other Teamcenter topics as and when needed based on capacity and skills.
• Assign and monitor tasks to the team members.
• Act as a mentor to Teamcenter support team.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex Teamcenter issues.

You\xe2\x80\x99re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 8 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT and systems specialist.
• Qualified B.E / BTech / MCA or equivalent from reputed institute.
• Proven multitasking ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting.
• Experience in dealing with foreign/European customers/people.
• Experience in coordinating activities.
• Driving things on his own. Individually handle work at hand.
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and planning.
• Strong attention to detail, proactively driving assignments and tracking tasks.
• Creative thinking and innovation skills to define new approaches to issues.
• You should have experience of working with offshore / global teams.
• You should be willing to learn and adapt new technologies.
• Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter - user level and with fair understanding of Admin level activities and architecture (Teamcenter 13.3 and above).
• Knowledge of Siemens NX - user level and with fair understanding of NX functionalities.
• Should be able to read and analyze syslogs and other TC related log files.
• SQL understanding for read/write Queries and Splunk.
• Teamcenter modules like Workflow Reviewer, Structure Manager, Manufacturing Process Planner etc. for reviewing user issues.
• Use of Siemens Journal Workbench (for Jnl, Har files) to track performance issues.
• Basic know how of Polarion and ServiceNow.
• RCA Documentation and work with Development teams to provide solutions.
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Ability to read/write server-side customization.
• Python skills for maintaining UHD-Helper.
