: 6 to 8 years

Job Responsibilities

Managing IT infrastructure like LAN, WAN and other IT devices

Ensuring very high systems availability for MSIL enterprise applications

IT Operations Management and IT Service availability for end user using (Incident Management, Service request Management, Problem Management and Change Management using ITIL best practices)

Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems.

Ensuring delivery of SLA as per IT Contracts with MSIL including IT Vendor Management

Planning regular Service improvement plans including Maintenance of IT infrastructure including Network & Server infrastructure & DCIM.

Ensure completion of IT projects with quality and timely delivery

Competencies / Skills

Proven experience as IT Operations Manager

Active coordination with business functions like production, sales, accounting, and customer service.

Basic knowledge of various IT streams; Network, Wireless, Security, IIOT Database, Applications

Customer orientation, People management, Problem-solving aptitude, Outstanding Communication skills
