Your responsibilities

• The role involves supporting the regulated use of resources in our business operations. The person shall be responsible for supporting all tkMITS Procurement and time management activities.
• These primarily include supplier registration and master data; requisitions, orders and contracts; and onboarding/ offboarding of employees and external consultants in tkMITS portal/timesheet tool.
• Stakeholders within the organization include Accounts Payable; HR; IT Support; and IT service delivery squads.
• The person needs to support the Head of Business Controlling.
• Participate and capture action points from discussions held in the function; and track these actions until the logical conclusion, including the routine of making status reports and slides.

Your profile

• A person with 2-3 years of experience as an employee in a corporate organization, preferably MNC, would be good.
• Basic exposure to the procurement process in a business would be helpful.
• Basic exposure to using timesheet management systems for staff.
• Good at listening, making notes, and developing documentation.
• Good analytical skills; generating management information reports; Good social competence and assertiveness.
• Must have: Hands-on skills on O365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Teams) \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate in any stream.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Work Location: - Thane (Mumbai)
