The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of IT operations, including permissioning, account management, password recovery, and maintaining existing dashboards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of IT operations, including permissioning, account management, password recovery, and maintaining existing dashboards. You should possess hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, coupled with a solid technical background. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including permissioning, account management, and password recovery tasks.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and promptly address operational issues.
- Execute effective onboarding processes for new employees and conduct offboarding procedures, prioritizing data security and compliance.
- Provide prompt technical support to end-users, including password resets.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance and maintain the overall IT infrastructure.
- Assist in managing company inventory and optimize tool usage for efficient IT operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes and procedures, including user guides and documentation for onboarding, offboarding, and common IT tasks.
- Previous experience in a software/IT company as an IT Operations Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in IT operations, including permissioning, account management, password recovery
- Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Technical proficiency in IT systems and support, along with familiarity with tools like Jumpcloud, OpenVPN, Zoom, etc.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
