. Participates to the IT operating model development and execution in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and IT Operating model manager . Active co-creation and co-operation with KONE IT stakeholders, understanding their use cases, problems and ideas for continuous improvement . Translates KONE IT needs to operating model requirements and operating model design . Continuous improvement of operating model elements based on the continuous learning and industrial best practices . Follows up and ensures the compliance to the operating model across KONE IT . Ensure integrity of interlinked operating models in KONE (e.g. RD) . IT Operating model KPIs and reporting . Participates on the IT Operating model development forums . Maintains the IT operating model documentation . Change management within organization . Continuous competence development of KONE IT employees (internals and externals) Deliverables . Operating model documentation including the required ways of working guidelines . IT Operating model KPI\'s and reports Requirements: University degree on Information technology Minimum 10 years\' experience in SW development and IT process/operating model development and deployment International working environment experience with virtual team experience is seen as clear advantage Solid IT process knowledge with very good ITIL understanding, ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 certification (or similar) is recommended Knowledge and experience on Agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum master certification and experience) and DevOps Change Management Facilitation skills Data analytics Sales and communication skills Read more on
