Keysight\'s Information Security & Compliance (ISC) organization is a key enabler to Keysight\'s growth strategy. We are looking for a strong experienced Information Security leader to drive the organization to the next level of evolution and operational excellence.

Are you interested in leading the Information Security defense-in-depth Cyber tools development & support for Keysight\'s Enterprise Infrastructure using modern technology and Agile processes?

The IT Information security Tools Operating Manager plays a crucial role in transforming the end-to-end Information security threat monitoring capability, ensuring cyber toolsets that are always available and optimally tuned to maximize monitoring , detection and protection visibility. The goals are to lead a high performing 24x7 team design, configure and tune cyber tools for error free performance and transform the monitoring experience delivering configuration builds, upgrades, policies, rules, support case/ticket Management, and provide extensive leadership to the global information security support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of security threats, hands-on experience detecting and defending from cyber-attacks, and orchestration to address security challenges.
• Hands-on experience in managing implementation and monitoring security tools and technologies related to SOAR, SIEM, DLP, EDR, IAM, PAM, NAC, IDS/IPS, WAF, PKI etc.
• Experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols in pursuit of maximizing value from security technology.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and methods to detect suspicious and malicious behavior.
• Experience developing and implementing security controls and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of vulnerabilities, common attack vectors and has attacker mindset: ability to think about creative threats and attack vectors.
• Proven track record of People management and management by objectives. Lead the 24x7 Information Security Cyber tools teams to deliver a differentiated monitoring & protection experience, driving growth and operational improvements.
• Develop a diverse world class team to higher levels of contribution including, skill development, succession planning and talent acceleration.
• Support coverage for this team is 24x7, and different team members will rotate on-call coverage outside of the 24x7 windows. A shift schedule will be in place for each individual . Deliver expertise for addressing stakeholder issues and service provider escalation.
• Partner with cross functional colleagues to drive alignment on strategy and priorities, ensuring adequate capacity and migration plans to deliver the required functionality. Network companywide and especially with our Information Technology and business teams.
• Deliver high quality tooling to internal stakeholders including managing expectations of content, quality, and consistency.
• Adopt modern agile development best practices and technology.
• Demonstrate uncompromising integrity, high performance, social responsibility, speed and courage.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master\'s degree in Information Security, IT or Electrical, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of successful information security management experience with successively increased responsibilities.
• Demonstrated cyber tools engineering and project management experience including risk management.
• Demonstrates a sound understanding of vendor technologies and roadmaps, and remains current with key Information Security industry themes and emerging trends.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively.
• about abstract and complex topics to a range of audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and focus on outcomes.
• Strong Leadership skills with ability to motivate, mentor, support, communicate, develop, and manage change to deliver results short term and long term.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and organizations towards a common goal.
• Strong intuition and insights to drive operational excellence using DevOps and 3rd party developers.
• Proven record of building strong, diverse teams; getting the right people in the right jobs; develop people from the highest to lowest performers; actively manage performance.
• Adheres to the highest levels of ethics, integrity, and compliance without exception.
