Ensure timely onboarding and documentation completion.
IT Hiring:
Recruit for roles such as Developers, Testers, Analysts, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.
Understand basic technical skills, frameworks, tools, and experience levels.
Work with technical managers to assess skill fit.
Non-IT Hiring:
Recruit for roles such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Admin, Customer Support, etc.
Evaluate communication skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder & Process Management:
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Maintain and update ATS and candidate databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices
