Key Responsibilities



Network & Infrastructure Management



Manage, monitor, and optimize LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks across the gaming facility.

Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco preferred).

Ensure stable network connectivity for gaming machines, POS systems, CCTV, VR setups, kiosks, and staff devices.

Conduct regular network audits, latency checks, and performance tuning.

Hardware & System Maintenance



Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of gaming PCs, consoles, VR units, kiosks, and related electronic equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware issues related to gaming machines, servers, POS terminals, printers, etc.

Manage AMC vendors, hardware procurement, inventory, and upgrades.

Server & Software Management



Manage local servers, cloud applications, CRM, ERP, attendance biometric system & POS software.

Oversee system backups, data integrity, and documentation.

Ensure timely updates of gaming software, firmware, and security patches.

IT Security & Compliance



Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, antivirus, firewalls, and access control.

Protect networks from unauthorized access, hacking attempts, or malware.

Maintain compliance with company IT policies and SOPs.

Operational Support



Provide technical support to operations, F&B, front office, and gaming staff.

Ensure minimum downtime of gaming equipment and systems.

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and service partners for quick resolutions.

Team Leadership & Reporting



Lead IT support team members and technicians.

Train staff on IT best practices, equipment handling, and issue reporting.

Maintain logs, reports, IT documentation, and performance analytics.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / ITI in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field.

Cisco Certification (CCNA required; CCNP preferred).

5-10 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a gaming/entertainment/retail environment.

Strong understanding of:

Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, IP routing, VLANs, firewalls) Hardware (PCs, gaming rigs, consoles, kiosks, printers) Server & software management CCTV, access control & surveillance systems
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours/weekends.

Preferred Experience



Gaming centers, theme parks, arcades, FECs, or high-traffic entertainment venues.

Experience with POS, CRM, and ticketing systems.

Understanding of gaming peripheral equipment and high-performance rigs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
