Manage and supervise daily IT operations to ensure uninterrupted system performance across all departments.
Maintain and support core hotel systems including PMS, POS, CRM, IPTV, Key Card System, and Accounting Software.
Ensure reliable performance of the hotel's network infrastructure, Wi-Fi systems, servers, and data backups.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols and data protection policies.
Liaise with software and hardware vendors for installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance and regular system updates.
Monitor and manage CCTV systems, access control, and telephone infrastructure.
Provide technical assistance and training to hotel staff.
Prepare and manage the IT budget and maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
Coordinate with management for technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and local data privacy laws
