Work closely with the sales team to manage customer requirements, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with OEMs (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.) and distributors for pricing, stock availability, and special discounts.
Prepare and review sales quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Track leads, proposals, and order status through CRM/sales trackers.

Order Management & Documentation
Create purchase orders (PO), manage approvals, and follow internal workflows.
Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain records of quotations, contracts, invoices, and project documents.
Assist with RFP/RFQ/RFI preparation and documentation for enterprise clients.
Client & Internal Communication
Maintain regular communication with customers for updates, documentation, and timelines.
Schedule calls, demos, and meetings between customers and technical/presales teams.
Build strong relationships with client procurement and IT teams.
Product & Market Understanding
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure products (servers, networking, storage, firewalls, cloud).
Keep updated with OEM price lists, new product releases, and market trends.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline summaries, and revenue forecasts.
Update CRM (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot) with customer interactions and deal stages.
Support finance team with billing, payment follow-ups, and vendor documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in
IT Infrastructure / Networking / Hardware / DC Solutions
.
Strong communication skills (email, phone, client handling).
Hands-on experience preparing quotations for networking or IT hardware.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Good coordination skills with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of Networking, Servers, Storage, Cloud & Security products.
Experience coordinating with IT procurement or enterprise clients.
Knowledge of GST, commercial terms, and standard IT sales workflows.
