Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Hosting Systems Administrator I.

In this role you will be able to work in a genuinely international environment with award-winning, high-tech products. We constantly strive to render the best possible service to our customers. constantly improving what we do and how we do it. Data accuracy and integrity are the underlying foundation to ensure we will have the right part, at the right place when our customers need them. We are looking for an individual with some experience around information technology/security, to design, maintain and enforce policies and procedures that protect our computing infrastructure from all forms of security breaches. and maintains up to date patches on the machines You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and working with our Hosting department to resolve them, ensuring that our environment and data remain secure and protected. This individual will be an integral part of AGCO\'s Hosting organization reporting directly to the Hosting team to help improve and communicate the maturity levels of server security, state of cyber security and IT risk practices across the environment. Ultimately, a top-class Patching and Monitoring Administrator ensures the smooth running of the company\xe2\x80\x99s server systems patching cycles, while maintaining a high level of security.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control.
• Assess the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
• Discussing system and server upgrades with your Hosting team.
• Reviewing patching error logs/reports and user-reported errors that relates to server patching.
• Monitoring of patch manager systems performance and remediate issues
• Be visible and online at all working schedules, with the ability to Identify vulnerabilities in our current Server environment.
• Monitoring and daily report server patch levels to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Keeping up to date and help Hosting team with developments in AGCO IT security standards and threats.
• Collaborating with hosting management and the IT department to improve security.
• Educating colleagues about our current security patching software and best practices for information security, such as maintenance times, patching windows.
• Analysis of potential problems, possible impacts with newly released Microsoft patches.
• Experience in maintaining server patches, automation, and virtual infrastructure hardware.
• Create, maintain and analyze mass amount of data from report and database.
• Problem management, strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/ performance monitoring plans.
• Daily use of PowerShell, ability to read create, maintain, modify complex command lines.
• Monitoring of patching issues from start to resolution. Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support.
• Ensuring case handling based on processes through analysis, reviews, and reporting, as well as through automation, competence building, knowledge sharing and adaptation to organizational standards. With a potential to work as a part of a team.
• Good attention to detail

What You Will Bring:

• Detailed knowledge of the schedules and scheduling systems across the monitoring and patching systems and platforms
• Detailed knowledge of the WSUS and past experience of automation procedures
• A working knowledge of Windows Systems, understanding of WSUS, experience with patching activities and LAN/WAN Infrastructure.
• Understanding of mission-critical systems, including Active Directory management (GPOs/computer and computer group management/permissions),DNS,DHCP
• Knowledge of Solarwinds Monitoring and Patch Manager is desired.
• Minimum 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT Operations
• A Good knowledge of ITIL system, IT security and procedures
