Main Purpose : Provide support to the Global IT team, monitoring the incoming helpdesk requests, assigning to relevant agents, assisting with first line tasks where possible. Key Responsibilities :
- Monitoring IT helpdesk
- Monitor global backups
- First line support requests
- Conduct contractor ongoing employment checks.
- Working on a support desk, raising tickets received via phone, email, web portal.
- Preferable experience with IT issues to be able to identify correct departments for ticket allocation

Additional Information
Salary range 350000-400000 PA
