The helpdesk shall be responsible for logging all complaints received through phone, e-mail, etc.
Issue of complaint numbers (Ticket) to field engineers / Onsite engineers.
Ensuring that the call is attended & taking updates from the engineers
Follow -up for the pending calls with respective concerns & updating in call sheet.
Taking spares request from field & site engineers
Ensuring arrangement of replacement spare & their timely delivery at site.
Knowledge related to handling Vendor management
Call tracking and closure
Good knowledge of MS Office application (Word / Excel / Power Point).
Thoroughly understand SLA between us and customer.
