Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Helpdesk Operations & Support



Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests (calls, emails, ticketing system). Log, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests until closure. Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues. Coordinate with the IT team or external vendors for escalation and resolution.

User Support



Provide technical assistance to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, and other IT-related equipment. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications. Support new employee onboarding (IT setup, email creation, access permissions).

Hardware & Software Management



Maintain an inventory of IT assets, accessories, and software licenses. Schedule preventive maintenance for IT infrastructure and devices. Ensure timely repair, replacement, and upgrade of faulty equipment.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and asset details. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on helpdesk performance and pending tickets. Update user manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides as required.

Coordination & Communication



Coordinate with internal teams to understand recurring issues and minimize downtime. Work with vendors for AMC services, repairs, and procurement. Ensure timely communication to employees regarding planned/unplanned outages.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum

2 years of experience

as an IT Helpdesk Executive / Coordinator. Strong knowledge of

Windows OS, MS Office, Email (Outlook/365)

. Basic understanding of

LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi troubleshooting

. Familiar with

ticketing systems

and documentation practices. Excellent

communication, coordination, and problem-solving

skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.

Strong customer service attitude and positive approach. Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced environment.
