: It Hardware Sales Representative

Job Description

Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify potential customers interested in purchasing IT hardware products. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' IT infrastructure requirements, challenges, and objectives. Present and demonstrate IT hardware products to customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions. Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to meet customers' specific needs and budget constraints. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and secure profitable deals. Coordinate with internal teams, including product management, technical support, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and implementation of IT hardware solutions. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the IT hardware industry, including new product releases and competitive offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
