Job Description

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to support our IT infrastructure and daily user requirements.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, system assembling, and troubleshooting

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Desktop support to users through remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)

Troubleshooting user issues related to OS, applications, email, network, and hardware

Good understanding of networking (LAN/WAN) concepts

Experience with routers, switches, network configuration & maintenance

Installation, configuration, and handling of CCTV systems

Network cabling, crimping, patch panel management

OS installation, drivers, antivirus, software updates

Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues

Knowledge of firewall basics -

Understanding of firewall rules (allow/deny)

Basic concept of network security (IP filtering, port blocking)

Monitoring and troubleshooting connectivity issues related to firewall policies

Understanding of WAN, VPN, NAT, DHCP, and security zones

Coordination with vendors for IT equipment repair or support

Intention to learn new technologies and continuously upgrade skills

Eligibility

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Computer/IT (preferred)

Other Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills

Good communication & user-handling ability

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Willingness to attend on-site support when needed
