JOB DESCRIPTION Division-ITIS Department-ITCS Job Location-MSIL Gurgaon Job Title-IT Governance and Risk Manager Job Role-Governance the IT Policies, Procedures, Audits and Compliances Reporting To-Department Head, ITCS Level in the organization-AM-MGR Educational Qualification- B. Tech and MBA Preferred Work Experience (Years) :4-8 yrs Job Responsibilities/: .Policy Management: - Definition and framing of IT policies, procedures and formats - Establish a structured central repository of all documents with required access control - Governance of the changes to all the IT policies and procedures. .Governance of IT Risk and Compliance: - Governance of the compliance programs and managing the compliance artefacts - Risk and exception management - Track and monitor the closure of all non compliances, present compliance dashboards to senior management .Audit Managment : - Govern the audits (internal/external) for IT functions/departments - Plan Management Response review by respective Division and Vertical Heads - Share status of ongoing audits and progress of action planned against audit observations for completed audits to senior management Competencies / Skills Proficiency in preparing clear, unambigious and comprehensive process documents Good presentation and communication skills Good Aptitude Assertiveness and negotiation skill Good inter-personal skills Good knowledge of Industry standards ( ISO 9001, ISO 27001 etc.) Experience in conducting/facing audits. Knowledge of GRC tool will be an added advantage. Knowledge of 7QC tools and 6 Sigma will be an added advantage.
