Job Title: IT Faculty / Technology Trainer Location: Guduvanchery,Tamilnadu Job Type: Full-time : We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Software Trainer/Technology Trainer at our esteemed Software Training Institute. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and expertise in a range of programming languages and technologies, including C, C++, Java, Python, Web Design, Web Development, and Full Stack Development. Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 30/06/2024
- Conduct training sessions for various programming languages and technologies including C, C++, Java, Python, Web Design, Web Development, and Full Stack Development.
- Design and develop course materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning.
- Customize training programs based on the needs and skill levels of the participants.
- Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their understanding and proficiency in the subject matter.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in software technologies to ensure the relevance of training content.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continually improve course content and delivery methods.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events related to software training.
- Mentor and guide students in their career paths and professional development.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Django and Flask.
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Experience with full-stack development concepts and technologies such as Node.js, React, and Express.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and teaching methods.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development or training.
- Relevant certifications or training in programming languages and technologies is an advantage.
