Job Description

Strong understanding of IT hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and enterprise software. Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and basic cybersecurity best practices. Experience with ticketing systems, asset management tools, and cloud-based platforms (preferred). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Daily IT Operations Management

Provide technical support to all employees, troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks, and applications. Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Firefighting & Troubleshooting

Respond swiftly to IT emergencies, outages, or security breaches. Diagnose and resolve software/hardware faults and user issues.

Procurement & Asset Management

Plan, evaluate, and procure IT hardware and software based on organizational needs. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets and licenses.
