Job description

Strategic Planning & Management:

Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals.

Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the management, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.

Project Oversight:

Manage IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are completed within budget and scope.

Data Security & Integrity:

Implement robust security measures and policies to protect company data and systems.

Team Leadership:

Manage and guide the IT department staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Vendor & Budget Management:

Negotiate contracts with vendors and oversee the IT department's budget.

Technical Support:

Provide or oversee technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring:

Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement within the company.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with key stakeholders and other departments to understand their technology needs and align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
