We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled
IT Executive
to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and networks, ensuring data security, and providing timely technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and networking equipment
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and system performance
Handle user access management, email setup, backups, and antivirus protection
Ensure data security, system updates, and compliance with IT policies
Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC services
Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve system downtime and technical incidents promptly
Support basic CCTV, access control, and POS systems (if applicable)
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and backup systems
Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
Experience in hospitality or corporate IT environments
Knowledge of server management, cloud services, or ERP systems
Basic knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
