Position Summary The IT Executive supports the hotel's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems critical to guest services, staff operations, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities ? System Support & Maintenance o Monitor and maintain hotel software systems (PMS, POS, CRM, etc.) o Provide first-level support for hardware (PCs, printers, routers, biometric devices) o Ensure uptime of internet, Wi-Fi, and guest-facing tech services ? User Assistance o Assist hotel staff with IT-related queries and issues o Conduct basic training for staff on system usage and digital hygiene ? Data & Security o Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity o Support implementation of cybersecurity protocols and access controls ? Vendor Coordination o Liaise with external IT vendors for repairs, upgrades, and AMC services o Maintain inventory of IT assets and coordinate procurement needs ? Compliance & Documentation ? Maintain logs of IT issues, resolutions, and preventive actions ? Ensure compliance with hotel IT policies and data protection norms Skills & Qualifications ? Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field ? 1-2 years of experience in IT support (hospitality experience preferred) ? Familiarity with hotel systems like IDS, Opera, or similar PMS ? Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP configuration) ? Strong troubleshooting and communication skills ? Willingness to work flexible hours and support 24/7 operation
