Job Summary:

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of systems, and assisting in implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and security systems. Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues (hardware/software/network). Manage and monitor network servers, firewalls, and data backups. Ensure system security through antivirus, firewalls, and data protection practices. Support in ERP, CRM, and other company-specific applications. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, repairs, and AMC. Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of technical problems. Assist in IT policy implementation, data privacy, and compliance. Stay updated with emerging technologies to suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Executive / IT Support / System Administrator. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. Knowledge of databases, ERP/CRM software (preferred). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
