Functional Area Desktop / laptop support Location Noida, in office position Desired candidate profile Need 2+ years of experience in providing desktop / laptop support. The engineer should be familiar with troubleshooting basic network, software and email issues. Further, the engineer will be responsible for installing & configuring software\xe2\x80\x99s. Candidate must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills. Desktop Engineer should have experience in managing vendors and performing desktop/Laptop Support including troubleshooting, installation, configuration of email, configuration of internet etc. The engineer will also be responsible for distributing machines and other accessories to the team members across India and collecting it back in case of exit/transfer. He would be responsible for maintaining asset inventory and tracking them. Job description

- Configuration of emails and internet connection
- Software installation
- Tracking Asset inventory of Laptops/Desktops and accessories like Mouse, monitor, keyboards etc
- Distribution & collection of laptop / desktop
- Reasonable communication skills Willingness to learn facets of IT Infrastructure such as network, Firewall, AD, IPS/IDS, AWS etc
