Job Description

Software installation, configuration, and end-user support. Hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals). Network management including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Router and switch configuration, monitoring, and basic security management. Strong understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, and related network concepts. Antivirus installation, policy enforcement, rules configuration, and endpoint security management. IT Asset Management including tagging, tracking, maintenance records, and audits. Administration of email platforms including

Microsoft 365 Admin Panel, Gmail, and Rediffmail

. New user creation, configuration, access control, and onboarding support. Working knowledge of

physical (on-premise) servers

including basic setup, monitoring, and backups. Understanding of

cloud servers

(AWS/Azure/other) - basic administration and coordination. Printer and scanner installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Domain management including domain registration, renewal, DNS configuration, and email mapping. Basic database management including backup, restore, and access control. Installation, configuration, and support of business and government software including

TMS, Tally, and other statutory/government applications

. DVR configuration, monitoring, backup, and troubleshooting. CCTV camera installation, configuration, and ongoing system management.
