The Summary: The Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization is responsible for providing Cloud Hosted Infrastructure & Application Managed Services to our SAP Customers. This enables the customers to gain advantage of HANA while becoming a Digital Enterprise without the necessity to invest in infrastructure and operations know- how. The Role: Your will be part of DEC (Developing End to End Capability) Team within ECS Delivery. Over the last years a series of collaboration platforms were established within ECS Delivery and the existing Service Providers, which enable transparency, proactive mitigation of risks, learning and people development, informed decision making at all levels and agreement on End-to-End operation policies and KPIs. With new strategic offerings and new strategic Delivery Partners joining the Delivery Organization, we need to prepare for extensive growth taking Service Integration and Management activities as well into account to fulfill our promises to our customers. Whilst applying your skills in a professional manner, you will be (together with the DEC team colleagues) .Responsible for all aspects of further maturing the collaboration forums especially together with our Service Delivery Partners, while interacting with all colleagues in Service Delivery and all Management Levels .Act as a role-model for Continuous Improvement and Change behaviors in ECS Delivery and within the Service Partner network .maturing the skills and culture of your group of colleagues (community), to increase problem solving-skills and critical thinking .Developing your community to enhance the adaptiveness in order to keep pace with the fast-changing Cloud Business Roles and Responsibilities: The following tasks are performed within the below described level of accountability, complexity, experience, communication: .Work experience of more than 10+ years in the IT Service Industry, preferably in the outsourcing business in roles like Service Lead, Service Manager or similar .You will support the teams and Delivery Partners in analyzing, enhancing and optimizing the delivery process from an End-to-End perspective which includes the team motivation to support Continuous Improvement of value adding processes. .You will closely align and work with the Delivery and Customer Units on all levels, from operations to mid-management and senior management level. .You are expected to build strong relationships and solid reputations within the ECS Delivery Organization, other SAP IT areas and Delivery Partners. .You will conduct coaching to colleagues to leverage problem solving skills in the units and required E2E measurement and KPIs .Deliver outcomes of assigned projects work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility .Identify required knowledge and demand to deliver necessary training, coaching and mentoring to further mature the global collaboration network. .Experience in working in intercultural contexts .Knowledge around Lean principles and using structured problem-solving methods is a plus .Working in complex Projects and Programs on a global scale, applying Project Management standards and methods is a plus .Ability to inspire others and to make colleagues see the opportunities of new ways of thinking and of cultural change .ITIL Knowledge is a plus. .Self-Awareness (knowing yourself - your strengths & your weaknesses) .Strong communication skills (English - verbal and written, excellent listening skills) .Ability to use and make understood theories and abstract concepts .High degree of analytical and conceptual thinking .Bachelor/master\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or related field. #SAPInternalT3 #SAPECSCareers We build breakthroughs together SAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
