Job Description

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Pitching services and Qualifying opportunities to the appropriate level for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key prospects, and generate Leads.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects in CRM.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Appointment Generation with Decision Makers (CEO's/CTOs), Place calls, conduct webcam conference calls.
  • Prepare RFPs, and EOIs and be able to understand the scope, profit, risks, etc.
  • Preparing reports/trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new Sales initiatives.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Network (e.g. LinkedIn) and strive to convert connections into clients. When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  • Developing quotes, rate cards, and proposals.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Flesh out marketing material such as project case studies and developer profiles (CVs) based on prospective clients' needs.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years * Qualification MBA / Computer Graduate
  • An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • MBA/BBA degree or equivalent (preferred)
