• Manage projects assigned to the team and closely cooperate with our business and technical partners to meet with expected needs.
• Be a partner with our stakeholders to create business value, cooperate closely with Analytics Manager, Product Owners, and technical leads to achieve reliable, valuable, solutions supporting data driven decisions.
• Make trusted partnership with business teams to identify their needs and provide suitable analytical tools.
• Manage Data Analysts team to achieve the effective and efficient governance of self-service BI tools through developing and fostering standards, processes, and visualization / analytics best practices.
• Track value of our solutions and impact on the business strategy
• Cooperate closely with Analytics Manager, Engagement Manager, Technical Leaders to follow up/create standards, develop strategy and build strong analytics team.
• Supervise streamlining of data preparation and processes for maximum automation and efficiency supporting environment migrations where required.

What your background should look like:

• 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in working within an Agile environment.
• 3+ years of experience in project delivery as IT Project Manager
• Proven experience in project management
• Possess knowledge of overall application development
• Awareness of Data & Analytics solutions
• Advanced user of JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
