The Position
As a Business Analyst II, you will be working primarily on the Novo Nordisk Safety system, called "Argus" (based on Oracle Argus Safety product). The position holder will also be responsible for other system activities periodically including system documentation creation, review of approval, functioning according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work closely with the project team members in Denmark . You will also be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Manage the incident and problem management process for assigned system, communicate with customers, service providers and system managers.
• Support system releases and Validation Responsible role and coordinate with the change and release manager.
• Participate in Annual Periodic reviews (user review report, configuration review report, IT periodic system evaluation) and support the system during internal and external audits .

Q ualifications

• You will be holding a bachelor's degree in relevant subject with 5 years in IT with min. 3 years of experience working with GxP Area in incident, problem handling with practiced ITIL principles and validation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or other relevant industry.
• Experience in international matrix organisation/ project coordination, work with external vendors and stakeholders in multiple geographies and time zones.
• Good to have Oracle DB Understanding or Pharmacovigilance application knowledge.
• Fair experience in Release Management- planning, execution and benefit realisation.

About the department
Research & Development (R&D) Information Technology (IT) are responsible for development, implementation, support, maintenance, and seamless operation of Global R&D IT systems. The IT support is delivered in close cooperation with our stakeholders, partners and customers in R&D within Global Research, Global Development, Strategic R&D, Global Regulatory Operations, Global Safety, Global Medical Affairs among other business units. The team is responsible for supporting Good Practice (GxP) financially critical and non-GxP systems.
