Your profile
We are looking for an expert IT Business Analyst to work with Siemens Energy business in Middle East and Africa region. You will be functionally reporting to a regional business engagement organization.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Overall 8 years of relevant industry experience in Tech/IT industry, Research or Consulting
• Must have strong stakeholder/client management skills
• Must have 5+ years of experience in project management (waterfall and agile), advanced knowledge of cost management and SCM processes
• Expert in requirement analysis, management and communication, root cause analysis, planning, monitoring, reporting, solution assessment and validation and documentation
• Should have strong analytical capabilities paired with the result and quality orientation
• Self-determined and demonstrated ability to solve business issues while also managing cost
• Advanced knowledge of MS tools esp. Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Jira/Rally
• Good understanding and exposure of handling IT topics (IT Infrastructure, application development, Business intelligence (BI), cloud, RPA, Cybersecurity)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• PMP/ Business Analyst certification is an advantage

Your responsibilities

• Reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements.
• Advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
• Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers' business needs, operability and budget.
• Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, applying knowledge and experience while providing technical perspective and support.
• Lead and oversee (via appointed Project Manager) IT Projects/change requests and monitors their delivery in terms of quality, time, and budget
• Interact independently with senior stakeholders like Business unit heads/CFO
• Maintain a healthy intake pipeline of new features and changes requests
• Act as thought partner to business for IT support and end-to-end business process optimization
• Travel up to 10% (domestic/international)
