Job Description
Primary Skills
1. Hands on experience on Linux & Windows server
2. Good understanding and hands on experience on Networking, IP Subnetting, WIFI Access points, Switches, Sophos UTM Firewall and Network security, VLAN, VPN
3. Good understanding and hands on experience on virtualization technologies like VMWare, Citrix, Open stack
4. Can manage Physical Rack servers and storage
5. TCP/IP Protocol knowledge like DNS, http, ftp, https, smtp, etc.
6. Very good troubleshooting skills, and can work and fix user\'s Laptop related issues
7. Should have good understanding and hands on experience in Inventory Management system and Ticketing tool. ITSM knowledge will be good to have.
8. Any public cloud technology knowledge would be an advantage like, AWS, Azure
9. Hands on experience on any Web server would be an advantage, like Apache, Nginx, IIS
10. Good communication skills. Team leading experience would be good to have
