About the role

/ Capsule SAP Associate Project Manager for a world leading Pharmaceutical company which operates in over 100 countries and is head quartered in the United Kingdom. The candidate is expected to be a senior member for a large SAP support and maintenance project, spanning several SAP landscapes across continents. The candidate should possess broad functional knowledge in their domain and good understanding of delivery management in an IT organization. Exposure to project Management and good understanding of underlying concepts like scheduling of activities, cost and Time management will be must. Understanding of SAP or ERP will be good. Must have very good communication, content creation and presentation skills and should be very well versed with Microsoft office, Adobe Photoshop and MS projects.

Role and responsibilities

• As Associate Project Manager, will be responsible for creating various dashboards, Contents and reports for projects and SAP service as determined necessary by SAP Director
• Should assist Delivery leads with project tracking and reporting activities and work with delivery leads for projects planning, execution, and control
• Will be responsible for maintaining various assignments and documentation in place for projects delivery.
• Would assist create the project status reports and help in various administrative activities like resources tracking, cost and efforts tracking and approvals.
• Will work with respective PMs for close check on project and resourcing needs and highlight to TA team and work with Talent acquisition arranging necessary support required to fill in the positions in time.
• Coordinate with various functions within GITC example Demand Management office, HR Talent Acquisition and partners for resourcing requirements follow ups.

Required skills and experience

• Experience of project Management activities needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Insight into Resource management, Financial Management, Risk Management etc.
• Excellent reporting, Content creation & presentation skills using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, Adobe Photoshop etc..
• Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills.
• Experience working in a globally distributed team
• Ability to contribute individually on deliverable. Preferred: Flexible to work in UK / US shift time zones

Education background

• Should be having a Technical attitude and degree in BSC / BE/ BTech.
• Masters Qualification with specialization in Marketing / HR will be added advantage but is not mandatory.
• Any professional Certifications like PMP (Project Management professional) and must be very good in MS office tools (excel / power point) and MS office
• Exposure to estimation tools like IBM TM1 and techniques for IT projects will be good.
